Gourab Kundu is the Head of Digital Growth for Citi Wealth Asia South. In this role, he and his team are responsible in driving the digital transformation agenda for Wealth, commercialization and usage of all Digital Assets, driving digital sales, and delivering best-in-class experiences to our clients.
Gourab joined Citi in 2011, in Citi’s Consumer Banking business in India, where he held various roles in retail banking, strategy, distribution and digital channels. He was part of the team leading the branch and ATM footprint optimization and digitization initiatives for the India business. Gourab moved to Singapore in the Regional Consumer Banking office in 2017, where he joined the digital marketing team managing wealth and cards marketing, social and third parties. Subsequently he was promoted as the regional head of Digital Sales in 2020. In this capacity, he oversees the digital transformation for client acquisition across credit cards and wealth accounts, commercializing Citi mobile to drive sales, manage marketing expenses, and lead the risk and controls agenda for the team. To date he continues to helm this role, reporting to the Asia Citi Global Wealth Head of DSM.
Gourab holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing & Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology.
