IntegrationWorks’ client is the largest red meat processing company in Australia. Their corporate headquarters make strategic business decisions, including in technology to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Our client is embarking on a re-alignment of their IT architecture with a view towards a defined API–Led hybrid future state. Their expectation is to drive improvements in business processes that currently rely heavily on manual or paper-based activities. Our client identified an initial project to replace their current on-premise Bids and Livestock History systems with a cloud based CRM that would enable mobile communications and integrate with other Applications via an integration platform.
