Adam has spent the past 15 years in the customer experience transformation space working for companies including Teradata, Adobe and most recently ServiceNow. His career has brought him to Melbourne from London, via 2 years in Singapore with Teradata. Adam has worked with brands including Lloyds TSB, HSBC & Lloyds in the UK; Standard Chartered, UOB & OCBC, Maybank & Mandiri Bank in South East Asia. Adam has also worked extensively with leading Telecommunication Providers & Retailers on digital initiatives to transform customer outcomes
