In my ten years on the leadership team of ANZ NZ I have been building out a portfolio of interesting work. Starting as Head of Marketing responsible for the continued growth and development of New Zealand’s leading financial services brand. I then added GM Data to my role.
Data for me is an end-to-end role including establishing strategic priorities, building our data infrastructure, and developing the human, financial, technical, operational, cultural and governance capabilities needed to achieve our data ambition. To meet this ambition, we purchased Dot Loves Data in March 2023 and I have taken on the responsibility for chairing the board.
Recently I added Customer Experience to my portfolio.
In addition, I am the exec sponsor of the GLBTQI+ network, a keen advocate for women in leadership. And a member of Global Women which works to promote inclusion and diversity for improved societal and economic growth.
