Brian is currently the Chief Digital Officer at Judo Bank. Judo is a purpose led challenger Bank focused on small and medium sized businesses. Brian is responsible for developing Judo experiences that blend human interactions with digital capability. He leads Judo’s experience design team, the agile ways of working and the product ownership chapter.

Brian was previously the Chief Digital Officer at Latitude Financial Services where he setup and led their Digital function. Before this, Brian spent seven years at the Commonwealth Bank. Where he was instrumental in building the mobile banking experience, the CommBank app, from a basic prototype to scaled usage by more than five million customers.

Brian’s background is multi-disciplinary blending product development, program delivery and technology transformation. He has tertiary qualifications in Commerce and Computer Science and typically works in the overlap between the two disciplines. He spent 10 years in Ireland and the UK, refining his craft as a consultant analyst and project manager.

Brian is regularly found down at the beach swimming or hiking with his dog. His favourite pastimes include snowboarding, boating, rugby union and geeking out on new tech.
