Cameron oversees the Information Communications Technology directorate for the Department of Fire & Emergency Services, including applications, infrastructure, customer service, strategy, planning and architecture, and radio communications, and has been with Fire & Emergency Services for four years. Cameron’s focus is on fostering a customer-centric culture to leading Fire & Emergency Services through their digital transformation journey and establishing the department’s ICT directorate as a thought leader within government in relation to the people change management aspects of technology transformation. Over the last two years, Cameron has led a capability improvement program of works to help prepare his team for the changes that await them with digital transformation.
Before joining Fire & Emergency Services, Cameron has worked in the Oil & Gas, Finance, Telecommunications, and Tourism industries. Cameron currently participates in the AIMWA Women in Business Network and is a mentor in the AIMWA Mentor Program.
Cameron has a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (with Honours) from Curtin University.
