Cassandra Sinclair is a knowledgeable Financial Services Professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is an outcome focussed leader with a passion for designing and launching products and experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business growth. As Head of New Product Development at Youi Insurance, Cassandra is responsible for overseeing the development of new products from concept to implementation. Prior to joining Youi, Cassandra held several key positions within the Suncorp Group where she honed her expertise in customer research, segmentation and value proposition development.
Cassandra is known for her ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable plans that align with business outcomes. Cassandra holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Newcastle and has a thirst for continuous learning, completing additional certifications in Customer Experience, Project Management and Design Thinking. Outside of the office, Cassandra is an avid ultra-trail runner and enjoys exploring new trails with her family.
