Chris Thomas

Chris is the Head of Customer Value Streams for Bendigo & Adelaide bank. In this role, Chris has focused accelerating Bendigo’s Digital Transformation by targeting opportunities to deliver specific customer outcomes. Chris has also focused significantly on Bendigo’s ways-of-working, moving from a Programme delivery to a Product mindset.

Previously Chris was a Digital Director at Westpac, where he led the enhancement of personalisation capability enabling the bank to respond in real time to customer signals across their digital channels generating a step-change in business performance
