Daniela is a strategy and transformation executive with complementary experience in governance and organisational design. She supports organisations in large scale change. Currently leading the development of the NSW Sector’s shared services roadmap, she has governed a multibillion-dollar portfolio of strategic initiatives for the Department of Customer Service, has co-developed enterprise technology strategies, spearheaded organisational transformation, led the Project Risk Practice for NSW Government at Deloitte, and implemented multiple digital transformations in private and public sector organisations.
She is passionate about taking on the big tasks – the complex challenges, connecting strategy with execution to achieve clarity and critical buy-in at the highest levels to free up people to deliver, building energy in the teams around her to accelerate and maximise outcomes from significant investment.
