David Jenkins is the Chief Technology Officer for Pepperstone Group and responsible for leading the product, portfolio, engineering, security and operational elements of the Technology group at Pepperstone. This includes strategic and operational management of Pepperstone’s internal and contracted technology delivery centres, as well as service providers and third-party technology platforms.
David’s career in technology has spanned 28 years and he has held executive positions in global technology organisations such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Fidessa and Liquidnet. For the past 15 years David has been solely focused on wealth and the capital markets, particularly trading of listed and OTC financial products in both a retail and institutional setting. He holds a non-executive advisory position with Reach Alternative Investments, and is active in industry bodies such as FIX Trading Community, having previously held the co-chair position for APAC for two years and co-chair of sub-committees for over seven years.
David holds a B.S in Commerce/Information Technology from James Cook University which he received in 1994
