Prior to his foray into consulting David was most recently the Chief Product Owner for CBA Retail Home Loan Operations. This role involved supporting the transformation of the end to end home lending process. A key part of which entailed engaging with third parties with a view to platform integration.
Having over 30 years experience in a wide range of financial services roles, David is well versed in both sales and operational management with a keen eye on risk controls and risk culture whilst maintaining a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
