Florence is a data & analytics senior leader with 15-year experience in consulting and financial services overseas and in Australia. Energetic and passionate, she is a trusted advisor and thought leader in connecting Data, Technology, and Business Operations in a collaborative and agile fashion, as a fast track to meaningful progress for organisations.
Actively involved in the Women in Data community, Florence believes gender diversity in a data-driven world moderates the creator bias engendered in analytics solutions. In 2017, she contributed to the launch of “Data Girls” in Australia encouraging women to explore career opportunities in data. In 2018, she developed the first data program for GoIT Girls promoting students from a disadvantaged background to pursue their uni curriculum in STEM.
