Holly founded Women in Digital in 2014 after identifying the need for more inclusive spaces and opportunities for women in the digital industry. Since then, the organisation has grown into a national network, collaborating with some of Australia’s leading technology companies to deliver workshops, events, and awards that inspire women to pursue leadership roles and thrive in their careers.
In addition to Women in Digital, Holly established Hunt & Co in 2016, a recruitment agency that specialises in placing senior leaders, including C-suite executives, in roles across digital, technology, and cyber. Her approach emphasises providing strategic advice to both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success and growth.
