Jon is a highly experienced technology business leader with many years spent in senior strategic leadership positions in technology and security across government, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He has proven expertise in driving positive change in both culture, technology and security in his roles, working at the CTO, CSO and CISO level and working with CIO and CEO level executives for much of his career.
Jon has in-depth operational and strategic knowledge of IT infrastructure & service management, cybersecurity, physical security, identity management and business operations having been fully responsible for multi-disciplinary teams and large departments delivering those services throughout his career. In his roles Jon has shown a demonstrable track record of driving change in organisations as well as defining strategy and delivering on strategic objectives. This has included designing and implementing new technology services, driving transformational change in organisations through technology adoption, managing major organisation change in technology functions, introducing best practise in service management and support services and managing budgets to needed financial outcomes.
