Ken MacDonald is the Public Sector Lead for Smart Communications in the ANZ region. Based in Canberra, Ken has spent over a decade helping federal and state government departments improve their business processes and operate more efficiently.
Ken has been an integral part of multiple Digital Transformation initiatives for both small and large government agencies across the public sector. Most recently, Ken was an integral part of the team that led the engagement for Smart Communications’ IRAP assessment against the PROTECTED classification.
