Manoj Madhusudanan

Manoj is Senior Vice President and Growth Leader for Banking and Financial Services at EXL, bringing over 27 years of experience in the industry. Prior to his current role, he led EXL’s 6,000-member data and analytics team in India. Manoj also serves on EXL’s Global AI Governance Committee, where he advocates for the ethical and responsible use of AI.

Before joining EXL, he was Head of India at dunnhumby and co-founded Ziligence, an AI-powered analytics startup. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
