Manuela Rodríguez Benítez is the Regional Lead, Customer Operations – APAC of Cover Genius, the insurtech for embedded protection. Cover Genius protects the customers of the world’s largest digital companies including Booking Holdings and Intuit. XCover is also available at Amazon, eBay, and Shopee. In her role, Manuela is responsible for leading the APAC team that designs and implements operational strategies that enable Cover Genius to seamlessly onboard partners across multiple industries including retail, mobility, payments, property, fintech, payments, logistics, travel and business services. Prior to Cover Genius, Manuela worked for 10 years in a variety of leadership roles in the consulting and insurance space overseeing projects implementation, change management, and process management at EY, Chubb and others.
