Melanie is the Head of Organisational Process Excellence for Teacher Mutual Bank Ltd, Prosci certified and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Melanie has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry and has held a number of senior operational, people and change management roles. Melanie’s industry experience is broad and varied and includes leading teams in development and delivery of automation including robotics, business architecture, process improvement initiatives, product development, risk management and strategy.
