With a background in software engineering, and 10+ years of experience working across a range of industries, Michael brings a deep technical understanding to technology, tooling and standards used throughout cyber security, right down to the lines of code developed in many an organisations application stack
Michael has worked across a range of companies – from being a founding technology member in a successful start-up, to part of several larger multi-national organisations. His years of technology consulting experience has gained him exposure across a variety of industries, with a focus on Finance, Insurance & Higher Education.
In his current role at Bupa, Michael heads up the Security Engineering team, and is responsible for the security technology and tooling supporting the company’s Security Operations and Business needs.
