Nathalie is the Divisional CIO for Lending Technology at Bendigo Adelaide Bank responsible for both the end-to-end Lending Technology eco-system and driving Enterprise Lending Transformation for the bank.  Nathalie’s 30 year career spans technology roles across Finance, Utilities and Retail sectors with a focus on engineering capability.   This has included major transformations with businesses to uplift people, processes and digital interactions with customers.  Nathalie sits on the board of directors for Robogals, a not for profit organisation, focused on inspiring young women into tech and engineering careers.  Nathalie has a passion for excellence, the courageous conversation and diversity and inclusion.
