Neil Bishop is a General Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, currently focused on the delivery of critical enterprise-wide risk management programs for the bank. Neil leads the team and process that delivers to the business key aspects of some of the Banks largest risk programs in a consistent and sustainable way.
He has experience across strategy and transformation including within Australia’s largest banks, complemented with experience across a range of other industries from his time as a management consult leading engagements in Australia and internationally.
