Nita joined Banking as a Service (BaaS) business in early 2020, and has a dual role spanning delivery and partner responsibilities for the end-to-end business, as well as leading the Customer Servicing & Operations function. Prior to joining the BaaS business, Nita held roles across the Westpac Group including Chief of Staff to two Group Executives, and delivery and strategy roles. Prior to this, Nita spent several years consulting for EY where she worked with a range of different clients spanning financial services and government. Nita began her career in asset servicing at BNP Paribas.
