Dr. Olivier Salvado

Dr Olivier Salvado is a Professor of AI at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the past Chief Research Scientist at CSIRO, where he previously led the AI for Missions program. This portfolio focused on developing AI technologies to support CSIRO’s large-scale, collaborative research initiatives aimed at addressing some of Australia’s most significant challenges. With over 25 years of experience in AI technology and leadership, Olivier is passionate about harnessing the power of AI and Data Science to create value and drive transformative change across industries.
