Rebecca is the General Manager (Interim) of the ANZ Corporate Strategy team at Bupa. She is responsible for leading the development of key strategies and strategic projects across Health Insurance, Health Services and Connected Care, as well as driving the annual corporate planning process. Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector in both Australia and the UK. She started her career as a Physiotherapist working across a variety of clinical settings in hospitals, outpatient clinics and private practice. She moved into healthcare consulting with EY in 2009, where she worked on performance improvement, clinical redesign and cost out projects before joining Northern Sydney Local Health District in an internal consulting role, and HCF Health Insurance as a Performance Improvement Specialist. Rebecca returned to EY in 2017 as a Director in the Healthcare Strategy Team, before joining Bupa in late 2022. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide.
