Sandra Lerch

Sandra is currently the Acting Executive Director, Workforce Futures and Inclusion at the Public Service Commission.  In this role, she has responsibility for a suite of initiatives that help create a workforce that is agile, inclusive and fit for the future.

Sandra has worked in both the state and federal public sectors, in a wide variety of roles, spanning strategic policy, organisational performance and review, and service delivery. Much of her experience is in central agencies in periods of significant flux and change.

Sandra holds a Masters degree in Public Policy and has an abiding interest in public sector reform, having contributed to a number of reviews in this area.
