Stuart is the Director of Technology and Systems at Te Puni Kōkiri responsible for the delivery of digital tools to enable Te Puni Kōkiri’s goal of thriving whanau. Te Puni Kōkiri is government’s principal policy advisor on Māori wellbeing and development.
Prior to joining Te Puni Kōkiri, Stuart held multiple roles with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Information Management Division, and was most recently the Chief Technology Officer for New Zealand’s hosting of APEC in 2021.
