Biography
David Cullen is the Head of the Victorian Government Cyber Incident Response Service. The service operates 24/7 all year round to provide rapid responses to cyber incidents affecting the public sector. David has a background in organised crime and national security intelligence, with experience working in various state and federal law enforcement agencies.
David is passionate about building Victoria’s cyber threat intelligence capability to enable enhanced network protection and response activities.
