Ella is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bennelong Funds Management. Her primary objectives are business growth, brand building and CX excellence. To achieve these, she champions a customer-first ethos, innovation over ‘me too’, and a culture where talent can flourish. Ella joined Bennelong in 2008 when the business was made up of half a dozen people; today Bennelong has six global offices and $14.6bn in AUM.
Over the past 20 years, Ella has worked in a number of financial services organisations including executive roles at IOOF, AXA and NAB. She has also lectured in marketing and worked at PR, marketing and digital agencies, consulting on a variety of business challenges.
Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Media and Sociology) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
