Matthew Turner

Matthew Turner is a data and analytics professional with insurance expertise, and is the Head of Data, Analytics and Systems within the Pricing and Product function at Hollard Insurance. An actuary by trade, he has built his 15-year career applying those skills and techniques to getting the most out of data.

From data modelling and data mart design, to data science, to visualisation, through to the practical interpretation and application of analysis, Matthew is passionate about solving problems and delivering value through data. Outside of work, Matt is a busy dad to his 3-year-old son, and if he (miraculously) finds free time he enjoys landscape photography and spending time with friends and family.
