Mohan heads up Westpac’s Digital Operations function leading a team of digital transformation specialists across business and technology who are driving the group’s journey to intelligent operations. In this role, Mohan also heads up Westpac’s group business architecture and business application management functions. He is an electrical engineer by background with over twenty five years’ global experience in technology-enabled transformation in banking, insurance, wealth and government. His experience spans customer experience and originations transformations to core systems transformations and process automation. Mohan has held executive roles in major Australian banks, technology providers and global management consulting firms. His current interest is in shaping and delivering change that cuts-through end-to-end value chains, and brings together multiple disciplines in business, technology, operations, risk, vendors and partners to create sustainable value for customers, staff and shareholders.
