Neville Williams (Ngāti Pūkenga, Ngāti Kahungunu) is a member of the Waikato Regional Council Executive Leadership Team and is the Director of Customer, Community and Services. He is responsible for information technology, communication and marketing, customer services, iwi relationships, human resources, civil defence and democratic services.
Before joining the regional council, Neville was a senior manager with the Ministry of Social Development; responsible for the delivery of welfare and employment services for the Waikato region. Neville also led the team that designed and implemented the national welfare reform model. In previous roles Neville, has worked in iwi development, community education and health.
He also has a background in total quality management systems and lean six sigma.
