Toni is an experienced public sector leader with a strong background in Change and Project Management. After commencing with the Office for Data Analytics at the beginning of 2023, Toni has worked on the Vulnerable Families Information Management System and is leading the Data Governance Framework and Data Community of Practice. Toni enjoys working with people to drive business transformation that improves the outcomes for end users.
