Vaiju Joshi leads the exciting Mobility portfolio at SAPOL and is the Program Director of SAPOL’s Mobile Workforce Program. She has over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise level projects and has worked on major initiatives across Australia, NZ, the USA and the Middle East. She graduated from university as an Electronics engineer and her first job was as a software developer (back when everyone wanted to fix the Y2K bug). Her previous roles have included strategic account management for key markets, enterprise projects and service delivery, and digital transformations across the government, higher education, construction and building, and retail and financial sectors. She is passionate about delivering value through positive change, reducing complexity and mentoring and building resilient and motivated teams.
