Miksu is an accomplished digital professional and executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the digital design and software industry. His background is divided between international corporations and start‑ups and his specialist skills include building and scaling digital service organisations and products by adopting a human-centred approach, driving operational excellence and employing rigorous financial acumen.
He joined Cover-More Group to lead our Freely Venture in September 2020 and deliver a completely new digital experience for global travellers. Freely launched in pilot in Australia in June 2021.
Miksu was previously Chief Operating Officer with Bilue Pty Ltd and prior to that was Group Operations Director for Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive in Sydney.
