Previously Fay has worked in leadership roles for Services Australia, DXC Technology, Commonwealth Bank, and a number of other organisations, with a breadth of coverage across multiple industries and business functions. These roles often involved innovation projects that were ‘firsts’ for those organisations, delivering real transformation to business practices.

Fay brings people together to achieve common goals and is a natural leader, with a strong vision and a driving focus on engagement and collaboration. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring her team and investing in their future. Fay has a successful track record of delivering digital solutions that drive business benefits in complex environments.

Fay’s passionate about supporting small-to-medium businesses and the value they bring to the economy.  She is a foodie, and enjoys sharing her culinary experiments with family and friends.
